The Connecticut Pastel Society is a statewide fine arts organization with a national outreach. CPSSM programs are funded and run by artists and their affiliates intent on increasing awareness of pastel as a fine art medium. The CPSSM organization now has a tax-exempt status and is therefore eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Tom SalterThomas N. Salter

Thomas N. Salter, 80, of Mansfield Center, CT, passed away December 30, 2011. He was a fellow pastel artist for which he will be remembered by us all. His joy for life touched his family and many friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Living Dharma Center, P.O. Box 304, Amherst, MA, 01004.
